Free Crochet Polar Bear with Sweater pattern
You can make this lovely crochet polar bear with sweater with this easy to use free crochet pattern. The amigurumi pattern is easy to read and suitable for beginners, but it assumes basic knowledge of crochet techniques. The crochet pattern is available in English and uses US terminology.
The bears in the picture are made with:
- 25g of KPC Gossyp DK in Optic White
- 15g of KPC Gossyp DK in Chinchilla
- 15g of KPC Gossyp DK in Beetroot
- 15g of KPC Gossyp DK in Lido
- A small length of black embroidery thread
- One pair of 6 mm safety eyes
- Polyester stuffing
- One 2.5mm crochet hook
- A thin sewing needle
If you use these materials the amigurumi will be 13 cm tall (about 5 inches). However, you can make the pattern with any type and weight of yarn (just be sure to adjust the hook size to the yarn you are using). The materials mentioned above are simply a recommendation in case you would like to make the exact same amigurumi. There is no limit to your creativity!
